Arsakeia Tositseia Schools have been participating in MUN conferences for a long time both in Greece and abroad. Gathering this valuable experience, we launch our 1st MUN CONFERENCE that is going to be held in the city of Patras in Greece, 18/2/2016 – 21/2/2016.

The conference and its purpose

ATSMUN is a three-day simulation of the conferences and the work carried out at the United Nations. It is aimed at junior high and high school students ( age span 14-18) with a view to sensitize and awake the younger generation as  far as international issues of paramount importance are concerned; they are also given the chance to familiarize themselves with the world of diplomacy engaging in argumentation, negotiation and compromise. Since the official language of the conference is English, students are given the opportunity to perfect their linguistic skill as well as oratory skills since they have to deliver speeches in front of an audience.
